This air-conditioned villa is ideally located for exploring Halkidiki. It is a comfortable house of 140 sq.m. in a private olive grove of two acres. It is fully equipped for a comfortable and unforgettable stay. With a comfortable staircase that connects its two floors, with mosquito nets on all its windows, two comfortable bathrooms,one with shower and a largest with a bathtub. Spacious rooms, all with balcony to enjoy the view at all hours of the day. The automatic entrance door provides security and absolute privacy. Private parking even for large cars. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals in comfort and feel like a local using the very delicious raw materials offered by the area. So close to the village of Nikita for any need and yet so quiet for your true rest. Beach umbrellas are provided so you can visit any beach you want even if it’s not organised. There are sun beds to sunbathe in the garden privately.

The villa is self contained, very comfortable, fully equipped, built in a two acre garden surrounded by nature. It is very quiet, a great quality for its area, while it is next to the village. Absolute privacy. The area is ideal for exploring both sides of the peninsula.
