The house is brand new with an amazing Sea-view of the saronic gulf and the nearby islands with a fantastic garden! The house is fully furnished with air conditioning, modern facilities and has a parking area. The apartment has two terraces with stunning sea view, a living room with an open kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning. The house is suitable for couples and can accommodate 2 people.
My name is Chris, I live in Aegina and Athens. I have studied in the UK Business Administration (Bachelor) and Management (Master degree). I like action sports, music, nice food and travelling. I look forward to create an unforgettable experience and an enjoyable stay for you! I will be at the port to welcome you and guide you home, as well as provide all necessary information and details concerning the house. I will also share my local knowledge and offer my insights and tips for a perfect vacation!
The house is situated 4km from the port and the town of Aegina, in a very quiet neighbourhood, 10 minutes from the nearest beach. In a few minutes walk there are taverns, restaurants, super market and organised beach! The house has a free parking area for the guests within the premises of the plot and also the option to park outside the house. The nearest bus station is at 600m. and also guests can call a Taxi for their transport anywhere. There are car, motorcycle and bicycle rentals available and open all day.
