The house built under Cycladic architecture consists of 2 floors. Furnished with charm and personality it has a magnificent view to the Aegean Archipelago! It is located 5 minutes from the main square of picturesque “Chora”,10 minutes from the port and 20 minutes from the airport . Easily accessible by car. Walking down the hill 150 m in front of the house , a secluded beach can offer you a refreshing swim! If you seek relaxation and tranquility ,THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! WELCOME TO YOUR HOUSE!

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood, known as Asvestoti, is located at the non-windy side of the island, having the best view! Walking up the road at the back of the house in 5 minutes you reach the famous castle , enjoy the panoramic view for sunrise or sunset! The house is located in “Chora”, the main town of Astypalea which is a pedestrian area. Nevertheless there is a ring road leading to the house and a short term parking to unload your luggage. There is a free parking area in 150 meters away from the house (public parking )
