Unique 45 sqm Cycladic flat, just 2 minutes walk away from the beach. It has an unobstructed sea view and access to a shared BBQ (of 2 flats) right next to its private outdoor dining area. Recently renovated (2022), aery, has a bedroom with its own private balcony, a workspace with a HDTV 32" facing its double bed, a sitting room with a dining table and 2 sofa beds which are facing a big HDTV 50", fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washer. Right below there is a tobacco and convenience shop.
