Hi, I’m Nikos, the owner and manager of Villa Piedra and Di Sasso. I was born and raised in Kefalonia, and this is our family home transformed into two welcoming villas! We have hosted many families over the last 7 years, and several memorable special events. Secluded, modern, luxury Villa with private pool, home cinema, external gym nested in 5.500 m2 of lush vegetation. Villa Di Sasso Developed entirely with stone and metal and top quality materials, still minimal and elegant, with tastefully selected modern furniture is providing luxurious amenities. It consists of one level property and can accommodate up to 8 guests in a spacious 175 m2 with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. An extra guest can be added in a folding bed in one of the bedrooms. Tiled floors, high ceilings, stone walls, exposed beams and high quality furnishings creating a sophisticated air. Entering the villa you will find the main living area consisting of a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a big flat screen TV and open fully equipped kitchen and dining table. The front of the space has glass balcony door openings to the pool area allowing the guests to have amazing views from all spots. From the living room area, you can get directly to all 4 bedrooms, where 2 are with a double king size bed, one with ensuite bathroom and the two bedrooms with single beds (that can be attached to become a king size bed have also ensuite bathrooms.

Villa Di Sasso is located in the village of Troianata, an ideal spot to enjoy privacy and discreet isolation, while still being centrally positioned to explore the island’s attractions from north to south easily. The property is very close to Kefalonia’s capital, Argostoli, where you can stroll and enjoy a drink in the main square. With car rental available, the nearest beach is at Karavados, 6 km away, and many more sandy beaches are within a 20-minute drive, including Platis Gialos, Makris Gialos, Pesada, Trapezaki, and Lourdas. The majestic Mount Ainos, with its stunning views and trails, is 25 km away. Essential services like gas stations, shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy are all within a 4 km radius. St. George's Castle, one of the island's most beautiful and historic sites, is located on a lush green hill nearby. Be sure to visit the Monastery of St. Gerasimos (the island’s patron saint) and admire the endless vineyard valleys with the island's unique grape variety, Robola (PDO). You can also visit the Robola Wine Cooperative and many nearby wineries to taste Kefalonia’s exceptional wines! Several excellent restaurants surround the villa, with the nearest just 1 km away, offering options for supper or dinner. The airport is only 12 km away, and the nearest port, Sami, is 21 km away.
