Dias Luxury Villa is a 4-bedroom villa. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and one with bunk beds. Also, there is a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed. Also, there is bathroom with a bathtub with jacuzzi features. Also, on the first floor there is a bathroom with a shower. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation along with comfortable seating areas. In addition, there’s a unique living area with a double sofa bed in grey colours that will immediately make you feel at home. There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property as well as a smart TV in the living room and two bedrooms. Also, there is an indoor gym and bicycles to keep fit throughout your holidays in Rhodes. Outdoors, you will find the enchanting private swimming pool and its sunbeds.

The villa is situated in Koskinou village, which is an ideal location for summer holidays in Rhodes as it is close to most of the island’s major attractions and just a short drive from the centre of Rhodes town. The nearest beach is found at a driving distance of only 5 minutes. Koskinou is a beautiful village built on the top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes. At the lively main square of the village, you can find many shops, traditional restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You shouldn’t miss visiting Kallithea Springs, only 5 minutes far from the villa. Old Town of Rhodes, an important UNESCO monument of cultural heritage is located less than a 20-minute drive. The magnificent ancient acropolis of Lindos overlooking the picturesque village with the narrow streets and traditional white houses is approximately half an hour drive.
