My name is Konstantinos Kavalieros. I am Greek-American living in Greece. I am married with two children. I love to travel, spend quality time with my family and watch sports. I'm dedicated 100% to hosting and making my guests feel comfortable during their stay. I am a perfectionist and that reflects to my homes. I am very well connected on the island and as a result of that I can make any other accommodations a guest might need, easy and fast. I am available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or give any needed advice. My main goal is for every guest to have the most comfortable and memorable holiday. I hope to see you soon.

In addition, there’s a unique living area in warm tones that will immediately make you feel at home. There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property as well as a smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. Outdoors, you will find the incredible private patio and a beautiful garden. Guests will find the BBQ facility and the seating area to relax and enjoy a tasty meal.

The apartments are situated in Koskinou village, which is an ideal location for summer holidays in Rhodes as it is close to most of the island’s major attractions and just a short drive from the centre of Rhodes town. The nearest beach is Kallithea beach and is found at a driving distance of only 7 minutes. Koskinou is a beautiful village built on the top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes. At the lively main square of the village, you can find many shops, traditional restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You shouldn’t miss visiting Kallithea Springs, only 7 minutes of driving distance far from the villa. Old Town of Rhodes, an important UNESCO monument of cultural heritage is located less than a 20-minute drive. The magnificent ancient acropolis of Lindos overlooking the picturesque village with the narrow streets and traditional white houses is approximately half an hour drive too.
