These are unique Tuscany style villas in one of the top four locations on the island of Kefalonia.New asphalt road all the way to the villas at a distance of 11km or 12 minutes drive from the capital.Tavernas starting at 500 meters and up to 4 km about 10,supermatkets starting at 1km and beach at 180 meters away or 5 min walk....
A developer with specialty on vacation homes.
Close to us the famous village of Kourkoumelata and the medieval castle of St Georgios on top of the hill close to many beautiful villages and excellent traditional greek tavernas. wineries at a close distance 8 km away ....Tuscany in Greece with excellent sandy beaches all around us...you can actually swim at a different one each day...
