The villa has been thoughtfully designed across multiple levels, offering generous indoor and outdoor spaces that combine comfort, privacy and contemporary island living. At its heart is a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable lounge, opening directly onto the outdoor terraces and private swimming pool. The accommodation includes a total of four beautifully appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, alongside a second double bedroom served by a separate bathroom. Upstairs, in the attic, with limited height, a charming loft-style bedroom offers flexible bedding arrangements (double or twin beds), together with a WC and a freestanding bathtub, creating a unique and relaxing private space. The villa also features an independent 40 sq.m. studio on the lower level, accessible both internally and through its own private entrance. The studio includes a sleeping area, a kitchenette suitable for preparing light meals, a dining table and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, making it ideal for guests seeking additional privacy. Outside, guests can enjoy spacious shaded verandas designed for outdoor living, a private 9 × 4 m swimming pool with panoramic Ionian Sea views, comfortable sun loungers, a built-in lounge area, outdoor shower and beautifully landscaped surroundings.
