This house is located near the sea, the beach is 300 meters on foot. Due to its location it is airy and cool during the summer. We provide air-conditioning and fans. It is suitable for families and couples because it is very comfortable, cozy, quiet and luxury. It is 106 square meters, two floors. There are super markets nearby. En plo, Santa Nera and Sushi are close to the house. Ofrynio (Touzla) is 8 km away, Nea Peramos is 25km and Kavala is 55km. There is a road in front of the house which leads to Kariani beach, Vrysi and Touzla which is under the main road( under a bridge). So it provides better and safer accessibility. We assure you that you will enjoy your staying.
