A peaceful haven for couples, friends, and families that will exceed every expectation and will create great holiday memories. Easy Living 1 & 2 are situated at Ag. Nektarios in Kos, 1.7 km away from downtown kos, 2.0 km from the port, and the near beach. Each detached house has two floors with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a luminous living room with a dining area, and excellent spacious terraces where you will enjoy the sunset together with your beloved ones.

Neighborhood info

Ag. Nektarios neighborhood got its name from the Saint Nektarios Kos Holy Convent which is a couple of meters away from Easy Living 1 & 2. It is a very calm and safe neighborhood to live in and very close to downtown Kos, the beach & Platani Village.
