This cozy house is placed in the heart of the central square just a few steps away from the port. It is built according to the traditional patmian style. Spacious and full of light. It provides you with two balconies, a bedroom, a bathroom, a really big livingroom and a fully equipped kichen. The house is ideal for couples, families with kids or small groups of friends.
The house is located centrally so you can find cafeterias, a shopping district, food markets, bus and taxi station, parking areas and most of the restaurants in Skala area in a 200-300m radius from the apartment.
