Elegant Villa, now with NEW Shared POOL 10 x 5 meters - Ideal for relaxing Holidays! Located in Kalamaki, Elegant Villa is set in a large & private estate, surrounded by amazing natural environment. Now, Elegant Villa has a NEW Shared POOL 10 x 5 meters, just 100 meters away! The pool may be reached by a private footpath right next to the Villa, and is shared with guests staying on our estate. The villa is fully furnished, consists of 3 levels and can accommodate up to 11 adults, plus 2 young children. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning or ceiling-fans. Free Wi-Fi & parking is available. The ground floor includes a comfortable & beautifully decorated living-room/dining-room, a spacious well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a King-sized bed & one with 2 singles), and a large renovated bathroom with shower. The lower ground floor features a large bedroom with a romantic King-sized bed and a new bathroom with shower. The must-see roomy loft, traditionally decorated, includes a double bed, 3 singles, a child's crib and a private bathroom with shower. The entire Villa is surrounded by a lovely terrace where you may enjoy quiet & relaxing meals amidst nature!
