The upper floor of Emelia offers 1 master bedroom, living room, open plan kitchen, bathroom and two terraces (front & rear) with stunning views, while the lower floor has 2 further double bedrooms, a sitting & dining area, a bathroom, a storage room and a front balcony with sea view. A/C is available in the mastrer bedroom, while fans are available to cool the lower floor; no WiFi is available in the property. Otzias lies within 3.2 km of Vourkari beautiful village, well-known for its marina, shops, cafes, bars and taverns. Korresia port, retaining its ancient name like most island villages, is 5.5 km away. Kea’s capital Ioulis (or just Chora), built on the top of three hills, presenting a distinguished picturesque town, with narrow streets and peculiar neighbourhoods & markets, is 6 km from Korresia. Our guests have been mostly liking: - Otzias wonderful sundy beach, which lies in front of the villa hill, 10-12min on foot or 2-3min by car, and many other beaches. - The archaeological museum and the picturesque surrounding in Ioulis, as well as the nearby great lion sculpture, carved on the rocks, the island’s symbol that chased the Nymphs away according to mythology. - The ancient capital Karthea and temples of Athena and Apollo, monuments spread around, monasteries, towers, Venetian heritage, neoclassical architecture. - The natural treasures, especially the 12 tracks & ancient paths, the unique flora and the inland royal oak tree forests. - The settlements of Pisses and Koundouros with the windmills. - The famous traditional feasts and summer festivals, the local delicacies.
