The villa, built of stone, is literally on the seashore and has direct access to the beach. Villa has half an acre of a private garden and is no more than 50 meters from the beach. Its architectural style respects the Cretan aesthetics, traditions as well as environment and at the same time offers high standards of comfort and luxury. The exterior of the building and grounds are beautifully designed and include a large private pool ( 40 sq.m. ) villa has hydro massage and lovely comfortable sunbathing areas. There is also a pergola and a stone build barbecue. The interior of the villa comprises three floors. On the ground level, there is a spacious lounge, a separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms each with a private bathroom and balcony. The balconies have a view of the sea. Moreover, in the lower ground floor there is a double bedroom with α bathroom and a single bedroom (an 8th person can sleep there on a sofa bed). The main house can be used by 8 people.
