Τα Luxury House είναι γραφικά παραδοσιακά σπίτια που βρίσκονται στο φαληράκι της Ρόδου σε σημείο που καλύπτει τις ανάγκες του κάθε επισκέπτη που θέλει να απολαύσει τις διακοπές του στο νησί της Ρόδου. Βρίσκονται 12 χλμ από το κέντρο της Ρόδου. Έχει άμεση πρόσβαση προς το κέντρο του Φαληρακίου όπου υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για φαγητό, ποτό και ψώνια με θέα το γαλάζιο της θάλασσας. Κοντά στα διαμερίσματα μας, περίπου στα εκατό μέτρα, υπάρχει το κεντρικό σουπερ μαρκετ της περιοχής. Δίπλα από τι σουπερ μαρκετ υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου. Eσωτερικά τα διαμερίσματα περιλαμβάνουν παροχές όπως αιρκοντίσιον, κρυφό φωτισμό, ιντερνετ, μηχανή καφέ και άλλες οικιακές ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Υπάρχουν δυο υπνοδωμάτια το ένα εκ των δυο περιλαμβάνει καναπέ κρεβάτι. Η κουζίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη με συσκευές όπως ψυγείο, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, μηχανή καφέ, τοστιέρα και κουζινικά σκέυη.
