In a 2000m² area situated by the sea there is a wooden residence which is surrounded by lush vegetation with fruit trees,climbing plants and colourful flowers.The house possesses 3 comfortable Bedr which contain a double bed,a couch that easily turns into a double sized bed and two single beds.Therefore, the house is ideal for couples or families with children.The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and a dish washer.There are standard facilities such as a washing machine, an iron with an iron board, a hairdryer, a barbeque stove and a variety of games and beach accessories.There is no TV in the house but the swing and the hammock at the garden will become your favourite spot.Yet, there is free WIFI connection and a sound system for those of you who are music lovers. There is a shower in the bathroom, but rest assured the shower at the garden with permanently hot running water.The dining table of the house, which can comfortably fit 10 people, is placed on the large terrace of the house but you could also enjoy your meals at the wooden kiosk of the garden.Don’t hesitate to climb at the tree house or sleep under the sparkly sky at night. Irene estate is located just 2km away from Nea Chili of Alexandroupoli, in a small and friendly settlement of houses with gardens and friendly neighbours that chat with each other or jog of ride their bicycles together in the small alleys. There is a bakery, a grocery store, a butcher’s and two pharmacies for your supplies, in Nea Chili where you can also find some highly recommended taverns and cafés for your nights out. About 200 meters away from the estate there is an organized beach bar that is usually visited by families and can also cover your needs for snacks and refreshments.
