Esthesis Beachfront Villas lay in a 200m2 (Villa I) & a 150m2(Villa II) outdoor area and are embellished with a 60m²(Villa I) & a 40m²(Villa II) private sea water swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, can be heated with an extra fee), also boasting hydromassage features, premium sun-beds & umbrellas. Esthesis Villa I can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds. The maximum capacity of Villa I is 6 guests. Stairs leading to the 1st Floor Bedrooms and an elevator is also available. Esthesis Villa II can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in real beds. The maximum capacity of Villa II is 4 guests. Important Note: Our villa is set in a peaceful residential area surrounded by homes where calm and respect are cherished. In accordance with local laws, parties, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. We warmly welcome families, couples, and guests seeking rest and relaxation but are unable to accommodate groups that host celebrations. *Important note: The villas are part of a complex where two villas are located. Esthesis Beachfront Villa I, is 1st in line & Villa II is 2nd in line. Each Villa features its private pool & outdoor settings. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 50/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
