Hotel House Rules & Guest Information

• Full payment is required prior to arrival, in accordance with the cancellation deadline applicable to your booking period. Payment may be made by bank transfer or securely online by card via the payment link provided in your booking confirmation. All bank transfer fees are the sender’s responsibility. In accordance with Greek Law 4446/2016, cash payments are accepted up to €500 only. For amounts exceeding this limit, payment by card or bank transfer is required.

• Check-in: 15:00 | Check-out: 11:00. A valid photo ID (national ID card or passport) and a credit card are required at check-in. Guests under 18 may only check in accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Cancellation deadlines vary by season and are stated on your booking confirmation. Cancellations made within the applicable period will incur a 100% charge. No-shows will result in the full payment being withheld and the reservation cancelled.

• Our room rates are fixed per room for double and triple occupancy. A complimentary crib is available upon request for children up to 4 years of age, subject to availability. All guests, including children of any age, must be declared at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to undeclared occupants or to apply additional charges accordingly.

• In accordance with Greek health and tax regulations, outside food and beverages are not permitted in common areas such as the pool, restaurant, or breakfast area. Outside food delivery is not permitted on the premises.

• The hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Guests are welcome to smoke on their private balcony or in designated outdoor areas.

• Quiet hours are observed from 23:00 to 08:00. Guests are kindly requested to be considerate of fellow guests in all common areas, including the pool.

• This property does not host bachelor, bachelorette, hen, stag, or similar parties or events. Gatherings of any kind within guest rooms or private areas are strictly prohibited.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Applicable charges will be processed against the credit card on file.

• Each room is equipped with a personal safe. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left unsecured. Safe deposit storage at the front desk is available upon request.

• To maintain an allergy-free environment, pets are not permitted on the property.

• The pool is for registered guests only and operates during posted hours. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The hotel accepts no liability for accidents resulting from failure to observe pool safety rules.

These documents form part of your reservation agreement with Euphoria Boutique Hotel.
