Έχει δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας έως 4 άτομα (2 μονά κρεβάτια και ενα king size διπλό ). Διαθέτει σύνδεση στο internet, πλυντήριο ρούχων και τηλεόραση. Η αυλή βρίσκεται στην είσοδό του σπιτιού που σκιάζεται από μια κληματαριά προσφέροντας ιδιαίτερη δροσιά
Βρίσκεται στο χωρίο Περιβόλια Ιναχωρίου Κισσάμου στο νοτιοδυτικό κομμάτι της Κρήτης. Στην ευρύτερη περιοχή υπάρχουν άλλα γραφικά χωριά όπως το Έλος και το Κεφάλι που βρίσκονται σε απόσταση 2.5 km έχοντας παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες. Πηγαίνοντας νοτιοδυτικοτερα συναντάμε το μοναστήρι της Χρυσοσκαλίτισσας, και τις μοναδικές παράλιες της περιοχής όπως το ξακουστό Ελαφονήσι.
