Fereniki’s Place is a charming ground-floor apartment in Gaios, the heart of Paxos, ideal for couples, solo travelers, friends, and families. Pets are welcome. The apartment is located just 500 meters from the center of Gaios (an 8–10 minute uphill walk or 1 minute by car) and approximately 1.5 km from the main port (15–20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car). The space Fereniki Estate is a newly built private estate set among olive trees, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Fereniki’s Place is the ground-floor apartment of the property and features a private courtyard, ideal for relaxing evenings and stargazing. NOTE: The property consists of two independent apartments, each with its own private entrance. The upper-floor apartment may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped for both short and longer stays, with Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and an espresso machine. For your comfort, there are two air-conditioning units (one in the bedroom and one in the living area), as well as a ceiling fan in the living room. The apartment has recently been upgraded with new aluminium windows and doors. Updated photos will be added shortly. Guest access You will have access to the ground floor, where the apartment is located and to the property's private parking, which is right in front of the house. There is one more rental apartment right above, so the parking is shared. There is a lock-box right in front of the door for easy self check-in. Other things to note • The bedroom features a new double bed (160 × 200 cm). • The living room sofa converts into a double bed (140 × 200 cm), suitable for accommodating additional guests. • Please note: the courtyard is open and not enclosed. For safety reasons, guests traveling with small children or pets should take this into consideration, as the property is located in front of the main road.

I’m Anastasia (friends call me Tessy). Fereniki, my grandmother, was from Paxos, and a few years ago my parents and I built this property with love, honoring her memory. I mostly live in Athens and work as a life coach and yoga teacher. I love to travel and have spent time living and working in Sweden, India, and China. Although I won’t be on Paxos in person this year, I’ll be just a message away and available through the app for any questions or needs during your stay. Easy self check-in. The keys to the apartment will be in a lockbox at the entrance. You will be able to open using a unique code provided 24-48 hours before your arrival. If you wish, a trusted local collaborator can welcome you on arrival (with a small extra charge), show you around the house, and share local tips to help you feel at home on the island - only upon request.

Neighborhood highlights The house is located on the main road that connects the island, offering easy access to Gaios and the rest of Paxos. It’s approximately an 8–10 minute walk to the lively centre of Gaios (or 1 minute by car) and around a 15–20 minute walk to the main port (about 3 minutes by car). Please note that Paxos is a hilly island, and walks typically involve uphill and downhill sections. Surrounded by olive trees, the house enjoys a peaceful, natural setting while remaining just a short distance from town life. If you plan to walk during the day, we recommend wearing a hat and sun protection, especially in the hot hours. Getting around Getting around Paxos is easiest with a scooter or car. While the island is small, many beaches and attractions are best reached by vehicle. During high season, it’s advisable to book rentals in advance, as availability can be limited. A boat rental or a day trip on one of the tourist boats around the island is also highly recommended and offers a unique way to experience Paxos.
