Welcome to FK Apartments, a fully renovated apartment in Artemida, located just 60 metres from the beach and the sea, close to Athens International Airport and Rafina Port. The apartment is located on the second floor of a block of flats and the building does not have a lift, so access is by stairs. It offers free Wi-Fi in all areas, air-conditioning and free Netflix for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Inside, you will find one bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large private balcony with a beautiful sea view. The apartment was fully renovated in 2025 and has been designed to offer a clean, modern and practical space for guests who want to relax near the sea. The spacious balcony is one of the main highlights of the apartment, offering a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax during the day or spend a quiet evening with a view towards the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped for daily use and the apartment also includes a smart electricity card system for more responsible energy use. This helps reduce unnecessary energy consumption when the apartment is not in use, contributing to energy saving and environmental protection without affecting guests’ comfort during their stay. Self check-in is available through a secure key box, allowing guests to collect the keys easily upon arrival, following the instructions provided before check-in. Bed linen is provided and each guest will find three towels prepared for their stay: one large, one medium and one small. The location is ideal for a coastal stay in Artemida, with the beach, restaurants and cafés nearby, while also offering easy access to Athens International Airport and Rafina Port.

Our apartment is literally next to the sea as it is built only 50 meters away from the beach. It is also located in the center of Artemida town, only 35km away from the City of Athens, (Acropolis, Parthenon) and only 10km away from Athens International Airport, El.Venizelos, as well as the Metropolitan Expo Center. From Rafina port (7km) there are daily sailings to the islands of Cyclades and Euboea. Along Artemidos Avenue, you can find a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, fast food eateries, mini markets, beach bars, as well as clubs for your entertainment. The center of interest, Artemidos beach, is only 50 meters away from the apartment.
