This house is literally at a stone's throw from the beach and it comfortably accommodates at least 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Being at walking distance from the center of town makes it an ideal accommodation option for families or group of friends. This beachfront maisonette is located right next to the marina of Nikiti town, in Sithonia, Halkidiki. The beach distance from the garden of the house is literally at a stone’s throw and within short walking distance you reach restaurants, cafeterias, bars, supermarkets, bakery, patisserie, butcher shop and the centre of Nikiti beach town. Maisonette comfortably accommodates up to 7 people and it provides a safe and quiet holiday environment to our guests. The indoor of this maisonette consists of 2 levels connected by an internal staircase. The main door gives access to the kitchen on the ground floor and right next to it there is a small bathroom with shower cabin. The fully functional kitchen is conveniently attached to the sitting room, with a dining table & chairs, sofa, TV, fireplace and balcony doors that lead you to the sea view patio.

Nikiti is a hub town of the second peninsula of Halkidiki called Sithonia. The location of this maisonette is such as it could offer a convenient base for day trips in both sides of Sithonia and visit various different beaches, famous for their turquoise crystal water, like Karidi beach in Vourvourou. Visit the Paragka beach bar in Ai-Yannis, Isla and Mango beach bars in Kalogria, Elia and Kastri beaches and you'll be left in awe. There are also several activities you could try, like scuba diving, sailing, cycling, hiking, horse riding or even golf, so feel free to ask us. We only suggest the best. Gastronomy is also an important part of your holidays, and we can recommend several palate-pleasing dishes to try or where to buy the ingredients to give them a try on your own. Visit Arsanas and Grada blu for their fish, Orea Nikiti for its meat, Spitaki for its ice cream and Anatoli for its ravani and you won't regret it. All in Nikiti.
