The prorerty offers a private entrance and also a private exit to the sea,which takes only a few steps away.A stone-covered yard in front, covered with a wooden shelter and furnished with a big table and two armchairs awaits you for breakfast,reading or just...enjoying the view. In the Studio's yard,two comfortable sunbeds are in your disposal for resting under the Zakynthian hot Sun while our handy outside shower can give you an instant coolness..

From Floreica Studio,you have a quick access to Makrys Gialos Beach(10' walk),if you want to see people ,or..just open your exit door and...swim!! There are also boats leaving from Makris Gyalos Beach in regular hours to approche the famous Navagio(Shipwreck) Beach and Blue Caves Area. At least six restaurants,tavernas,Cafeterias, are all in 10-15 min walk-very good Greek and Inter'l food in all of them!! A mini Market is also in the area.
