Fully renovated minimal residence of 60 sq.m. at the port of Folegandros(Karavostasi)80 meters from bay Hochlidia.
Our two-floor property in the Cyclades is part of a 4 semi-detached residences complex, with its own independent entrance.
On the ground floor, you'll discover the living area.Relax on the comfortable sofa, which can be easily converted to a single (90cm x 200cm) or double bed (164cm x 200cm)A small bathroom is also located on the ground floor. Room is fully air-conditioned, equipped with a flat 32’ TV and a washing machine.
Adjacent to the living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
Dine indoors at the dining table, or venture outside to savor your meals al fresco in our lovely backyard, equipped with a dining table and traditional cycladic built-in sofa.
On the first floor, a primary bedroom with a king-size bed(184cm. x 200cm) awaits, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Connected to the primary bedroom, there is a stylish ensuite bathroom, boasting modern fixtures and a rejuvenating shower. A small private balcony, with lovely views of Folegandros port,
The upper floor is also fully air-conditioned and equipped with a flat 50’’ TV.
