The villa is two-storey, 250 sqm with semi-basement. On the ground floor, which extends to three levels, there are the living quarters (living room, dining room and kitchen), the office with a visible wooden roof and three bedrooms with their auxiliary areas (bathroom, wc, storage), providing direct access to the garden and the pool. On the first floor there is the master bedroom, with a visible wooden roof, with the cloakroom and the bathroom, completely isolated from the rest of the house. Optical fountains exist on all the surfaces of the house, "opening" the house to the surroundings country of. Timber that ages over time, wood from old rail rails, furniture found in different cities, were preserved and transformed into usable and comfortable, antiques, colors and earthly fabrics, discrete objects, spot "warm" lights, they offer harmony, easy access across, offering the visitor a sense of calm, relaxation and privacy. The residence is located on the edge of Ligaria village , 10 km far from Trikala Town, surrounded by high tree planting providing absolute privacy. The provincial road of Trikala-Arta, located just 100 meters from villa, giving direct access to area's attractions, supported by a good provincial road network. Trekking, riding, bicycling, rafting, skiing, canoeing, climbing, paragliding and hunting are all possible and with an easy access.Upon your request, such activities can be organized by the owner. Rocks of Meteora , the Mill of the Elites and the beautiful town of Trikala of interresting sightseeing (Lithaios River, Byzantine Castle, Mylos Matsopoulou, Research Center of Vassilis Tsitsanis etc), Pertouli ski center, arched bridge of Pili, waterfalls of Palaiokaria, villages of Aspropotamos, Lake Plastira and Lake Smokovo are worth visiting places while staying in Gaia.
