Property info

Sited in the tranquil alleys of Tripiti, this old traditional estate reverts the clock to older, simpler times. Traditional architecture with carved stone as the base material and wooden doors & windows, and nestled in a quiet garden with the sea at the horizon, Garden View is the perfect place to relieve yourself from the stress of fast-paced modern life. The house includes a kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, a master bedroom with double bed with a balcony with stunning view of sea and hills, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a small sitting room carved in the rock. The bathroom, which includes a bathtub, as is usual in old traditional islander architecture, is not inside the house, but an outhouse building in the courtyard

Neighborhood info

Located in Tripiti the house is one of the most traditional villages of the island. Surrounded by traditional houses, small narrow streets to walk around and an amazing view overlooking Klima, the famous fisherman village. Lastly it is close to the catacombs and the ancient theater, two very interesting and beautiful relics of Milean history.
