This is a comfortable, brand new apartment located in the best part of town. Distance from: The nearest beach (for swimming): 650m Navarinou coastal road: 550m. The park : 350m. From center 1300m (15 minutes) The apartment is ground floor and easily accessible. (No yard or balcony) Fully equipped. In the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom you will find everything you need and much more! A large double bed, sofa bed, a comfortable work area, an equipped kitchen with all amenities. In the apartment you will find a guide of the apartment and the surrounding area, which we made with great care for our customers! We accept vouchers tourism for all and have Viva wallet POS.
As hosts we are always willing to help you and offer you good places to visit (in and around the city). We are always in touch! Communication with customers is important to us. We send you arrival information one day before your check-in. Furthermore, you can contact us at any time you want for more information about the apartment!
The location is amazing! It is 4 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from the city center! You don't need a car, not even a bike since the bus stop is literally a minute from your apartment. Three minutes from the apartment you will find the train park, two supermarkets (3 and 5 minutes), a bus stop (1 minute), cafes and a patisserie with the best ice cream in town! (Recommended!) Also next to the apartment you can find amazing pizza, Greek pie, and homemade food that you can order at home. You will find all this in our guide.
