Villa 1 and 2 have two roomy master-bedrooms, kitchen and living room with dinner. Private swimming pool and garden. One bedroom has a double bed and armchair. The second has two single beds and there is space for an extra single bed. Both bedrooms have big closets, drawers and desks with chair. Villa 3 has one master double bed bedroom and 2 single beds on a mezzanine. The mattresses are very comfortable and the linen of high quality. Summer blankets and duvets available. The kitchen is fully equipped. Fridge with freezer and washing machine available. A variety of cooking equipment, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. The living room and the kitchen are one open space. The living room has a sofa and armchair with main and side tables. There is a fireplace for the winter months and TV.On the outdoors there is a large table with comfortablechairs and sunbeds by the pool. The pool is private and pool towels are provided. There is garden with mediterranean plants on the surroundings and parking space. Charcoal grill upon request! On your arrival there will be a welcome basket awaiting with wine and local delicacies!

Agios Nikolaos is a picturesque fishermen's village in Mani Peninsula. It offers two lovely beaches: Pantazi and Gnospi which you should not miss! Further beaches are Kalogria in Stoupa, Fonias and Ritsa close to Kardamili and Kalamitsi. Close to Agios Dimitrios village there is a very interesting place to swim called Katafigio and also has a cave to visit.
