A wonderful Mediterranean art villa with a private patio and a romantic garden. Ideal for relaxation, giving a real insight into the traditional Greek lifestyle. If you are looking for peace and quiet as well as getting in touch with nature, look no further. Surrounded by olive oil trees and blooming flowers offering you the opportunity to recharge your batteries and return home as a new person! Excellent choice for couples or families looking for a value for money accommodation.
The house is decorated with attention to detail and classic furnishings, folk art objects and embroideries. The combination of wood and stone exudes an intimate atmosphere that makes it a real home away from home. Spend your time to the fairy garden or head to the lovely beaches.
The villa consists of a large living room, a dining area, 2 bedrooms (one master bedroom with a king size double bed & one standard bedroom with two single beds), a bathroom, a wc and a fully equipped kitchen.
Give yourself the chance to take some real time off, far away from the city sounds and relax, feeling the peace and joy that the rural life and nature can generously offer.

The house is located in the center of Katastari, 5 minutes away from Alykes beach. Katastari is the largest village of Zakynthos, located 17km north west of Zakynthos Town. It is a picturesque settlement surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. It is built amphitheatrically aside the main road offering a fantastic view to the sea.
The neighborhood is really picturesque and friendly. Just outside of the house you can find out the small road that drives you to Alykes beach and discover the rural life of village people.
Goats, mules , chickens , cows, horses and birds will make a different walking experience!
Just a short walk from the house (150m away), you will find the local mini market, the farmacy, the bakery, the police station, a local grill restaurant and a tobacco store.
