The company Greek Dream Homes - Athens Riviera is fully is established as from summer 2026 we will have more than 2 owned properties. It is fully owned by a married couple, Mikael, finance director, from Denmark and Janna, architect, from Greece. We travel frequently and have done many hostings via Booking, Airbnb and other sites We are friendly and respectful and hope the same from you In our free time we like travelling across the world, hanging out with friends, going to the beach, do massage in spa... Mikael likes doing water sports, while Janna prefers to go to wine-tastings or seminars for self-improving.

Greek Dream Homes Thimari is a villa 900 meters from the sea with partial seaview, mountain (small) view and garden/pool view. It contains 4 apartments and 1 studio. It is not a hotel (no reception or daily cleaning but cleaning at arrival and housekeeper on site). The common area of the villa in the downstairs garden has: - Medium sized Pool (4,9*9,9*1,3m) and sundeck - Large grass lawn with olive trees - BBQ area with large coal grill, dining area - Mini outdoor fitness (1 elliptical and 1 rowing machine & 2 free weights). - There is also a rooftop terrasse with excellent seaview All 4 apartment and the studio are fully independent and stylish. 2 upstairs (35 & 63 sqm) and 2 downstairs (55) and the studio (23) Upstairs have balcony or patio and downstairs have patio. The space Each apartment has BR(s) with double or single beds and a living room with 50 inch TV, double sleeping couch and a small kitchen. The studio has no living room but a TV in the bedroom Guest access: Please share email then we will send you a document 2 days before arrival with key info including access and wifi codes Note: The pool, deck and the area behind the pool (Wooden deck, Access to below the pool from behind as well as area with unused soil and materials and equipment) can be dangerous for young children so kids should be under adult supervision when in area of pool/deck or behind

Apart from the apartment and the common areas of the villa there is easy walkable 5 restaurants and 3 beaches and 2 beach bars (within 15 min). Also there is a nice public childrens playground and a mini-football & basket court. A few minutes drive and you find more beaches, multiple restaurants, convenient stores etc. Sounio with the Apollo temple is less than 15 min drive and the airport is 30 minutes. Short trips proposed to Sounio and the local main town of Glyfada. Day trips proposed to Athens Centre (many sites to see), to Nafplio (3h drive via the Corinthean channel and possible to add the Ancient Corinth and the Epidauvros Amfitheator on the way. Also Delfi is worth a 1 day visit. Finally there are 3 ports within 40 min drive each of which connects to the many Greek Islands. 3 are reachable within 1 hour by ferry and all definitely worth a visit
