Xenophon House has a history of nearly 100 years. My father bought this land in the 1920’s because he loved the sea, fishing and the nature. So, he became one of the few and oldest inhabitants of PalaioTsifliki, as access was possible only by sea. His name was the ancient Greek one, Xenophon, whom the property was named after. Our family’s choice to maintain the house’s own character and aesthetics was conscious. Xenophon House, with conscientious interventions to its spaces, provides visitors with all amenities of a modern house without being completely altered. Τhe whole of the house has spacious and bright rooms. Every space either indoor or outdoor has its own ambience that is worth being discovered. Its characteristic privilege is that visitors enjoy absolute privacy. The rich natural environment along with the tweeting of the birds, the cool sea breeze and the tranquility that the space offers guarantee real holidays, in an original Greek house that brings the past and the present together.

As a family, we are outgoing people who love travelling and contacting with people of different life and experience backgrounds. After all, every encounterincludes the element of surprise and emotion, and traditionally our family has the element of Greek hospitality. Contact with nature is an elixir of life for me, that is why I, personally and exclusively, take care of our property. I am also preoccupied with every kind of construction and very fond of whatever is connected to cars. Located in a verdant enclosed area of 2,000 m2 , 40 metres from the nearest organized and free beach, Xenophon House offers all amenities of a modern house in its 90 m2 space. Accessing the property on remote control, which is absolutely private, is very easy. The property is located right on the main road of Palio – Kavala and is at 8 km distance from Kavala. There is a bus stop and a mini market very close to the property . The house provides two bedrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an outdoor shower and a garden WC. There is also a big veranda, a backyard with barbeque and free parking area.

PalaioTsifliki combines mountain and sea. It has beautiful beaches, and one of them iswithin walking distance from Xenophon House. It is offered for long walks through and through. It also has one of the best microclimates in Greece, which means real rejuvenation of mind and body. Our area is offered for entertainment and anything visitors will need throughout their stay at a very close distance from Xenophon House (taverns, beach bars, bakery, mini market). PalaioTsifliki is the perfect choice for holidays as it gives visitors the ability to have some getaways to the castle of Peramos, Ammolofoi, Philippoi, Amfipolis, Mount Paggaio.
