🏡 Special Architectural Layout Note: Hamilton - Sohoros is designed as a single architectural building centered around a magnificent outdoor lifestyle. Following the traditional Aegean style, all rooms are self-contained with their own independent private entrances opening directly onto the shared veranda. There are no internal hallways connecting the rooms, and there is no indoor living room. This layout offers exceptional privacy for families or groups of friends! BEACHFRONT BLISS – Literally a 2-minute sandy stroll to the crystal-clear waters of Kefalos. (Please note: A coastal road runs nearby, offering easy access to the beach). AL FRESCO LIVING & DINING – Designed for the authentic Mediterranean lifestyle, the shaded pergola veranda is the heart of the property. Gather around the beautiful, distressed whitewashed wooden table for unforgettable meals under the bamboo roof, surrounded by a lush garden. THE PROPERTY LAYOUT As seen in our layout plan, the building is divided into three distinct, private spaces, each accessed exclusively from the outdoor veranda: 1. THE KITCHENETTE & MAIN BATHROOM (Center Entrance) Kitchenette: Compact but mighty! A rustic-chic, fully equipped kitchenette wrapped in inviting earthy tones, perfect for preparing your breakfast and vacation meals. Main Bathroom: Modern comfort blended with traditional Greek textures, featuring a refreshing walk-in shower. 2. THE MASTER SUITE A cozy, private bedroom retreat featuring a double bed, textured linens, striking nautical artwork, and a peaceful ambiance. Includes a private en-suite bathroom for your ultimate convenience. Opens directly onto the main veranda. 3. THE RUSTIC MEZZANINE SUITE An independent, spacious family bedroom layout. Ground Level: Features a comfortable double bed and traditional built-in design elements. Traditional Wooden Mezzanine (Patari): A custom-crafted wooden staircase leads to an authentic, low-ceiling wooden loft platform featuring 2 single beds.
