GENERAL INFORMATION 1) The total amount of guests that can be accomodated is 4. This number includes children over 2 years of age 2) Free private parking space is provided, which is neither personal nor exclusive,though. 3) Quiet hours (15:00-17:30 and 23:00-7:00). 4) The attic bed and area can be used only after a special arrangement with the owner. 5) For hot water, pull up the switch indicated with the red arrow on the electricity board mounted in the living room. After 20min. you have to pull it down, otherwise the system is overheated and damage or fire could be caused. Τhe quantity of hot water is sufficient for 4 people. 6) Do not throw any toilet paper, napkins or tissues in the toilet. In case of clogging, there is an extra charge. 7) In case it rains, take all the terrace cushions inside the house and close the balcony door in the bedrooms. 8) The terrace tent cannot be used. 9) Please do not lean on walls or touch them. There is an extra cleaning charge for dirty walls. 10) Please respect the cleaning lady: before checking out, make sure that you leave the kitchenware washed up and that you throw all your garbage away.

Furthermore, the area offers options for thermal spa services, horseriding, water sports, both gourmet and traditional food experiences, interesting nightlife and a choice of both glamorous and family beach bars. You can easily call a taxi at almost all times, while there is public transportation to Thessaloniki and all villages of the peninsula. The bus stop is at a 150 m. distance from the house.
