The establishment includes three residences in total plot 1.000sq/m. The garden is full of beautiful bushy plants and seasonal flowers. Perimetrically, there is a fencing with wall from stone of height 1,20m. The garden included a shared swimming pool for all occupants and barbecue. The distance from the sea is roughly 200 metres. Because of the location of our real estate, in front we have unlimited view of the Aegean Sea from Haraki Bay up to historical Acropolis of Lindos. Behind us unfolds the valley of village “Malona” with olive groves and orange-tree groves. On the left is the historical castle of “Feraclos” region and the famous beach of Saint Agathi with shallow waters and crystal-powder sand. The residences are characterised with the names Poseidon (two bedroom villa), Aphrodite (ground floor apartment) and Hermes (first floor apartment).
