Villa Thea is a beautifully renovated holiday home located in the peaceful village of Sarlata in the Livatho region of Kefalonia. The house was fully renovated in 2023 and features bright modern interiors with high-quality furnishings. The open-plan kitchen includes Bosch and Miele appliances, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, Nespresso machine, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The living and dining area offers a Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, international channels, and fast free Wi-Fi. Villa Thea has three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one children’s room with two extendable single beds. Baby cot, highchair, baby monitor, and children’s tableware are available on request. The covered terrace with large dining table is one of the highlights of the property. Enjoy breakfast with sea view, relaxing evenings, and stunning sunsets. The fenced garden offers extra space for children to play and for guests to unwind. For added comfort, all rooms have air conditioning. Nearby you will find bakeries, small shops, cafés, and excellent tavernas. We recommend renting a car for maximum flexibility and are happy to assist.
