Our country maisonette is a home of high aesthetics, located in one of the most wonderful places in Chalkidiki, next to the sea and in the middle of pine trees. Very peaceful, no mass tourism, yet short ways to the villages Metamorfosi and Nikiti (shopping, cafes, restaurants, medical care, etc.). The maisonette is decorated from my wife Rachil, artist and jewelery designer (www.art2wear.gr, fb: @Art2wear.handmade, instagram: art2wearr, etsy: ART2WEARbyRachil), with individual furniture, partially alternated by her. The maisonette is surrounded by a big garden, which provide safety for children and relaxing moments for adults. In ground floor one can find the kitchen, the living room and a small WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric devices (refrigerator, oven, washing machine for dishes) and dishes, glasses, pots, etc, so there is the possibility of cooking. The living room contains, among other furniture, a comfortable couch that opens and can host two people for sleeping. Also, there is a mosquito net over the couch and a ventilator. Last but not least, there is a big balcony where one can enjoy his coffee, his tea, can read a book and can spend all the day ‘outside the house’, and a side balcony with a relaxing couch. Walking up the stairs, one finds him/herself in the second floor where the bathroom and two bedrooms are situated. The master bedroom has got a double bed and a closet. The other bedroom has got one double bed and one bed for small children and a closet. Both bedrooms have access to their own balconies, while linen, towels, blankets and pillows are provided in abundance. All beds have mosquito nets and there is also an air condition. The house has also a garret, where up to 2 persons can be accommodate. You can always have central heating and hot water, as long as you turn on the heater. There is also available parking space for several cars, a washing machine, a washing machine for dishes, an iron etc

I am a computer specialist, who likes to work with people. My focus is in management, education, services and sales. I live in Thessaloniki. I am friendly and extrovert, I like travelling, art, music and for relaxing I play music by myself.

To reach the beach you need to walk less than 5 min. The beach is not equipped at all. The beach is a sand beach, inside and outside the water, there is only sand. You can walk 30-40 meters inside and the sea is still not deep, so it is ideal for children. The beach has normally very few people and is not crowded even in the highest season. If you like to drive 10-20 min, you can reach the most famous beaches in Chalkidiki like Ai Giorgis, Kastri, Ai Giannis, Koviou, Kalogria, Vourvourou, Karidi etc. Metamorfosi is located 2 km from the maisonette and Nikiti 5 km. In both villages you can find shops, restaurants, supermarkets, drug stores and medical care. In Nikiti there are also big supermarkets like Masoutis and Lidl. I recommend to visit also the old town of Nikiti, with the old houses and the beautyiful churches. The maisonette is in a strategic point of the peninsula, very conveniently located for day excursions to other Sithonia villages (Sarti, Polygyros and Neos Marmaras), as well as Ouranoupolis, Amouliani, mountainous Chalkidiki and Mount Athos.
