Ideal apartment located in the heart of Nea Peramos. In a walking distance of 3 minutes there are shops, supermarket, restaurants and the sea. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, living-room with sofa-beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It provides parking, smart TV, Wi-Fi, air-condition in each room, electric devices including washing machine. It has one big balcony and a backyard with barbeque and dining tables that can offer beautiful times and relaxing.
Close to restaurants, cafes, bars and bus stops. 2 km far from the famous Ammolofoi beach, where you can relax on fully organized beach bars or enjoy the nightlife of the town. Nea Peramos is easily accessible by car. It located 145 km away from Thessaloniki's airport kai 44 km away from Kavala's airport. It is also 20 minutes from the port of Kavala, where there are ferryboats to Thasos for day trips. Also, the ancient theatre of Philippi is 30 km away from Nea Peramos.
