Πρόκειται γιά μία βίλα 220 τ.μ. μεσα σε έκταση 6 στρεμμάτων, με ιδιοτική παραλία. Εχει τεράστιες βεράντες απο όπου ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να δεί το βουνό και την θάλασσα τριγύρω, και να ακούει τα κύματα αφού η πανέμορφη παραλία με αμουδιά και βότσαλα βρίσκεται μπροστά στο σπίτι Το σπίτι είναι υπερυψωμένο με απεριόριστη θέα στα νησιά και στην παραλία, έχει bq και ξυλόφουρνο, έπιπλα βεράντας και χτιστους καναπέδες σε όλες τις βεράντες και ελαιοδενδρα στην αυλή του αλλά και σε όλη την έκταση Μπορείτε να κάνετε εκδρομές σε όλη την γύρω περιοχή της Εύβοιας όπου υπάρχουν υπέροχα χωριά και καταπληκτικές παραλίες
Αγαπώ πολύ αυτο το μέρος και παρότι αρχικά φτιάξαμε με τον άντρα μου αυτό το υπέροχο σπίτι γιά εμάς τους ίδιους , βλέποντας πόσο πολύ όμορφα περνούν οι φίλοι μας και οι καλεσμένοι μας όποτε τους φιλοξενούμε αλλά και πόσο υπέροχο είναι να περνάμε αρκετό απο τον χρόνο μας εκεί αποφασίσαμε να μοιραστούμε αυτή την υπέροχη εμπειρία και με ανθρώπους απο άλλα μέρη του πλανήτη. Εμείς ζούμε και εργαζόμαστε στην Αθήνα έτσι το σπίτι μένει πολύ μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα άδειο, και έτσι αποφασίσαμε να χαρίσουμε και σε άλλους ανθρώπους την χαρά των διακοπών σε αυτό το πανέμορφο μέρος
Στην περιοχή και σε απόσταση 5΄ από το σπίτι , με αυτοκίνητο υπάρχουν υπέροχα ουζερί, ταβέρνες και καφέ και αν κάποιος θέλει να πάει εκδρομες να γνωρίσει την περιοχή υπάρχουν υπέροχες παραλίες και ακόμα μπορεί να πάρει το καραβάκι απο το Μαρμάρι και να κάνει ολοήμερη εκδρομη στα νησιά απέναντι τους πεταλιους Υπάρχει στην περιοχή κέντρο kite και υπέροχες παραλίες γιά serfing Στα χωριά πάνω στο βουνό υπάρχουν υπέροχες ταβέρνες με παραδοσιακή κουζίνα Η απόσταση γιά να έρθει κανείς από την Ραφήνα στο Μαρμάρι είναι μόνο μία ώρα με το πλοίο και το λιμάνι της Ραφήνας βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο Ελευθέριος Βενιζέλος
