Its advantageous position, on the top of the hill, lets your eyes roam the horizon, at the point where the sea meets the blue sky, while the colors of the sunrise carry you away. Select one of the spacious and fully equipped villas and enjoy the panoramic view of the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea (second peninsula of Halkidiki) and the wild nature.

This luxurious three-story villa is located on the top of the hill which enhances the magnificent view of Halkidiki. The second and third levels overlook the beach of Hanioti, and the entire second peninsula. The villa, apart from the unparalleled views, is characterized by its top quality of construction. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms in total. Inside the villa there are 3 large bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with excellent quality home appliances, a comfortable living room and a dining room. In a separate entrance there is an outdoor guest room and a studio for the staff. All bedrooms are with private bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a large terrace with a Jacuzzi and panoramic views. This ultra-modern residence is built to provide you with all amenities required to make your stay even more special. -Housekeeping Services are free of charge -Every 3rd day change of bed-linen and towels
