The house is located 120 meters from the long sandy beach of Avlomonas and about 900 meters from the center of Livadi and the island's port. It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, accommodating up to four people. There is a living room with two built-in sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The house also offers a courtyard where guests can enjoy lunch or breakfast, as well as access via a built-in staircase to a terrace that provides 360-degree views of the sea, the port, and Serifos Town. Additionally, the courtyard leads to a garden. Public parking is available within a three-minute walking distance from the house.
