The newly built House Okto has been designed to meet travellers’ needs providing conveniences for every visitor. It is composed of living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a large wardrobe in which clothes and personal belongings can be stored easily. The comfortable couch can be used as a single bed. The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge and all the necessary cookware for cooking inside the house. Clean sheets and towels are provided every 5 days. Also, there is a spacious balcony.

The apartment is very close to the coast road of the city. This means that you can have not only easy access to restaurants and cafeterias of the area but also walk at the coast road which is available for pedestrians during summer season. Also, apartment’s location is suitable for easy access to city center without transportation.
