Iliana's house is located in the village of Zipari in Kos which is 6km from Kos town center and 15km from the airport. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and on street level with the garden offering the perfect setting for morning coffee and afternoon refreshments under the shade of a grape vine. The house is simple, clean and fully equipped with electrical appliances to serve all requirements. Easy access to the nearby sandy beach of Tigaki (approx. 1km) and a variety of stores to cater for all your needs.
Iliana's house was established in June, 2022. After ten years of enjoying retirement, becoming a Host is a completely new experience for me which has many rewards. One of which is personally welcoming the guests and assuring them that I will do all in my power to make sure they have a memorable and relaxing holiday. Meeting people from different countries is interesting and rewarding.
The neighborhood is very quiet and this was noted by the guests who came in 2022. There are a variety of shops in Zipari (hairdressers, boutiques, mini markets, butchers, cafeterias, etc.) and two supermarkets in close proximity.
