Please note that there is no baby crib/cob for babies. Other than that, the house is ideal for children, with childproof drawers and socket covers but also plenty of room to run inside and outside! . The bars on some doors are from previous people and are not functional, so we always have them open :) . We are not a family with a lot of resources, but we want you to have a pleasant stay with all our capabilities, from our hearts! The water heater is not solar but it works very easily with a button that you press and it will turn itself off after some time, so you don't have to worry about it. It is almost certain that there will be hot water for the next shower as well, but to be sure, turn it on again before your next bath or shower. If it had cooled completely, then in 10-15 minutes at most it will be ready. Before your arrival, we will have opened it and it is ready for use! Also, please remember to shut the door and windows when using the Airconditioning and to turn it off when leaving the house. Thanks!
Hi! My name is George(or in Greek - Yorgos). I am the host for the lovely home of my family, in nature , on the outskirts of Nea Peramos and 2km away from the beach of Ammolofi! . I can speak English and Greek but I am aiming to learn Bulgarian in the foreseeable future and maybe even some other languages too(I especially adore Japan)... I am the guardian of two beautiful cats and a huge animal loVer... I can listen to just about everything when it comes to music and watch anything as long as it manages to captivate me soon enough... Some my favorite hobbies include gardening, working out, cooking, tech and gaming and a big and relevant hobby of mine is to travel! I have been in many locations in Greece that I could suggest to you and in some countries that are close to Greece, like Bulgaria, Italy, Turkey, Albania, North Macedonia, Croatia and Montenegro. I like meeting new people and sharing some of our travel experiences! . I look forward to hearing from you and if there is an agreement between us, I will proceed to prepare the house as well as I can so you can have an enjoyable time for your holidays!
Enjoy the beautiful and awarded with a blue flag Ammolofoi beach @ 2km w/ a perfectly spacious nature getaway cottage. Free parking + amenities. Discounted Leave behind all worries with this spacious and peaceful space surrounded by your own "castle" in nature and relax with the family, with friends or with your partner, in a well-located and quiet place on the outskirts of the village. . The area of Nea Peramos has quite a few mosquitoes, so we will provide you with a repellant to light up outside when you are there. Still, we advise you to also get something else in your war with them too(like pre/post sting salve or something else) . The municipality's garbage bin is 200m on the left just as we go up the road above the house, through the dirt road. . Please note that while it is indeed true that the house is next to a road, it is not that noisy since it's not as busy as a main road especially ones in Nea Peramos. We haven't had an issue with that. As for the garden/nature mentioned , it's true there are many baby trees ... It's big and in a remote location not surrounded by other buildings, but it is not as lush jungle yet... Some may even bear fruit depending on the season you may come! They are growing just like us, we are new as hosts after all and we are growing too...
