This Villa is an amazing modern property (built in 2017 ) located in Ixia, only 1 minute walk from the beach! The outdoor spaces are perfect for a relaxing day in the sun or at the pool (not heated). There is a outside dining area you can have a meal or a romantic dinner. . The three level property ( 195sq.m. has 3 Bedrooms (Queen size), 3.5 Bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Τhe rooms are: 2 on the first floor with balcony and one on the lower ground floor with windows (no balcony). At the villa we respect the environment, for this reason we use led lamps and have A ++ class air conditioners . All cleaning products are environmentally friendly.

Neighborhood info

The location is magnificent as it has everything in walking distance (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, playground, restaurants, coffe shops). The airport is only 20 minutes from the villa. Rodos town is only 10min by car. Taxi station in 200meters from the villa. There is also public transportation 350 meters from the villa. Renting a car or motorcycle is recommended to drive around and explore all the island has to offer, from the beaches during daytime to the famous nightlife. Parking availiable. A perfect location to discover all beauties of Rhodes.
