This Villa is an amazing modern property (built in 2017) located in Ixia, with a view of the Aegean. The outdoor spaces are perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. The garden provides a tranquil spot to soak up the sun lying on the sun loungers. There is a outside dining area you can have a meal or a romantic dinner. A 1 min walk from the beach. The three level property 195sq.m. has 3 Bedrooms (Queen size), 2 on the first floor and one on lower ground floor, 3.5 Bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Two bedrooms on the first floor with balcony and one bedroom on the lower ground floor.
As your host, I am always available for your requests. Upon arrival my mobile number will be given on which I can always be reached. In addition the following Concierge services can be provided: - Transfer to/from the airport - Reservations in Top restaurants, bars/clubs - Organizing yacht cruises/tours - Car and motorbike rentals can be arranged and dropped off / picked up directly from the villa - In-house chef I want to make sure you have a great stay in our villa. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any queries you may have.
The location is magnificent as it has everything in walking distance (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, playground, restaurants, coffe shops). The airport is only 20 minutes from the villa. Rodos town is only 10min by car. Taxi station in 200meters from the villa. There is also public transportation 350 meters from the villa. Renting a car or motorcycle is recommended to drive around and explore all the island has to offer, from the beaches during daytime to the famous nightlife. Parking availiable. A perfect location to discover all beauties of Rhodes.
