The property has 12 new modern apartments built in 2024 with comfort and coziness in mind.
We are a family working in the hospitality section in the summer and with construction projects in the winter. Thanks to our family expertise in the construction field, we built Joy Apartments with the best materials and utmost care.
The neighborhood of Joy Apartments is a quiet location in Limenaria, away from traffic but only 3 minutes walk from the beach and the center.
