🤝 We created a place where families can come together and truly relax. We chose Kalados because we fell in love with its landscape and the simplicity of the area. In our opinion, it is one of the last truly unspoilt places on the island. We believe in genuine, traditional Greek hospitality, and this is exactly what you can expect from us if you choose to stay with us. Many people find Kalados too far from, well, everything else in Naxos—but that is exactly what we offer: peace and tranquility away from it all. To reach Kalados Studios, you can take a taxi from the port or the airport, or we can arrange your transfer for you. It is also very easy to rent a car and enjoy the beautiful landscape at your own pace along the way. I stay in Kalados with my family throughout the entire summer, so I will always be there for you. I speak both Greek and English.

They are designed for travelers who wish to escape the noise and enjoy a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Located just a 2-minute walk from a quiet and beautiful beach, they offer the perfect setting for relaxation, swimming, and soaking up the sun. We do not promise luxury; instead, we focus on simplicity, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. The property also features a restaurant open to all guests, serving authentic traditional dishes and homemade specialties inspired by the local cuisine and culinary heritage of Naxos, offering visitors a true taste of the island.

Neighborhood info

🌅 Kalados Bay is located on the southern part of Naxos. It is one of the few natural, sheltered (leeward) bays on the island. It is a wonderful beach, with the sea on one side and a small lake on the other—a truly magical landscape with crystal-clear waters. From the beach, you can clearly see the islands of Heraklia and Schinoussa. If you are traveling by boat between Heraklia and Naxos, you will surely feel the urge to drop anchor in Kalados Bay. There are no shops, supermarkets, or bars here—only our tavern, the studios, and the beautiful, unspoilt beaches of Kalados. The main beach of Kalados has the small port on one side and the studios on the other, while to the right of our property there are also three smaller beaches that are equally stunning.
