Newly built house of 81 sqm built on a plot of 1 acre where it consists of 2 bedrooms (each bedroom has 1 double bed), 2 bathrooms (one bathroom is inside the main bedroom), open plan kitchen with living room, furnished terrace, garden. Distance from the beach 150 meters.
Kaliva Residence was created with a lot of love and passion for the hospitality of our guests. Friendly and available on my mobile phone whenever you need me! Have a nice stay!
Just 150 meters from the sandy & famous turtle nesting beach Caretta - Caretta, in a very close distance you will find Mini Market, restaurants, Cafe Bars.
