Hello there, we are Nikoletta and Wes from Athens, Greece and Perth,Australia respectively. Our paths crossed while living in Berlin, Germany. We moved to Athens recently with our beautiful little boy longing for the sea, sun and fun that Greece abundantly offers. We had a plot of land with beautiful views in a place that Nikoletta spent all her summers as a child building beautiful memories. The idea came that this idyllic slow life we have now acquired could be shared with others. So Kallisti was born and we dearly welcome you all!

A newly built apartment complex with a serene garden and sea views. There are 10 beautifully designed spacious apartments located only 300m from the nearest beach and a 10min drive from Athens Airport. Athens city center is a 35minute drive. A perfect choice for enjoying your Athens holiday, by the beach and away from the hustle and bustle. A great area for families as within a close distance you can find Athens Zoo, the largest waterslide park in Athens and a Designer outlet shopping village. Also suitable for business trips as the Metropolitan Expo Center is very close by. Whether you are coming for a night before your journey to the Greek islands, or a week of vacation with your family, or even for a longer stay for work or pleasure we are happy to host you and give you a taste of the notorious Greek hospitality!

Neighborhood info

Lovely calm area only a 5min walk from the nearest beach, mini market, a sweet shop and a yummy souvlaki place. On a further walk, no longer than 10min, you can find our favorite beach with a lovely beach bar, plenty of food choices, a bakery, a fruit and veg shop and a large supermarket. On a short drive you can be at the town‘s high street or explore more beaches, beach bars and even nightclubs. A little further out you could visit Artemis Temple for the history lovers on a drive by fig tree and pistachio orchards. For families visiting with the little ones we are very close to Attica Zoo Park and Aquopolis the largest waterside park in Greece. Also close by is Designer Outlet, an outdoor shopping village that is an attraction for all ages!
